Frequent questions

  1. What options does my apartment have?
    For tourist rental for days (-31 days) I need to have a tourist license issued by my town hall. In Barcelona since 2016 the City Council has not given this possibility.

    In case of not having license my option is seasonal rental (1 to 11 months).

    We also manage apartments outside Barcelona. In this case, we offer an online management model that sends the key advantages of our services to your locality.
  2. How are payments manage?
    80% of the amounts entered by each room, once discounted the expenses and commissions of the marketing platforms, will arrive in real time (upon arrival of the host) to the account designated by the property. We will provide an invoice for our services justifying the remaining 16% ( + VAT).
  3. What services covers basic maintenance?
    Basic maintenance repairs that do not imply external services are understood (such as bulb replacement, WC discharge, offalty shelf, replacement of dishes, etc ... ...), as well as prevention in important devices (for example, cleanliness and load of the A/C machines, revision boilers, etc.)
  4. How do I control the management of my property?
    Our management is 100% transparent and you can know everything related to your property through our portal of owners. Reservations, income, maintenance and much more.
